Business Development Specialist

Full-time position (1 position available)

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

  • Conduct in-depth research of the solar power systemmarket, maintain a thorough understanding of the solar energy equipment and systems industry and identify industry trends and solutions to enhance the marketing capabilities of Garden State Green Energy Inc.;
  • Perform strategic solar power system market analysis including competitive analysis, research and assess rivals’ pricing policies, marketing methods and distribution channels in order to ensure that the existing enterprise currently holds and will be able to retain its strong positioning among competitors;
  • Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text;
  • Seek and provide information to help Garden State Green Energy Inc.’s determine its position in the marketplace;
  • Ensure marketing ideas coincide with the company’s strategic plan to generate clear, renewal energy and protect environmentand enhance Garden State Green Energy Inc.’s business decisions based on energy market forecast;
  • Apply data analytics to improve profit margins as well as manipulate and understand large-scale trends in the energy industry, and to encourage prospective customers to get solar panels;
  • Develop and maintain Garden State Green Energy Inc.’sbusiness communication network;
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising efforts and strategies with analytics software.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Utilized knowledge of Microsoft Office software, PowerPoint, Access Database, Marketo, Google Analytics, SWOT analysis, BCG matrix, Pareto analysis, Project Expert and MicroStrategy.

Required experience/education:

At least 6 months of proven experience as Marketing Specialist, Business Development Specialist, Business Analyst and other related.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing and all related.

Acquisition Cost Estimator

Full-time position (1 position available)

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

  • Consult with clients, venders, personal in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and solve issues by calculating solar power requirement and estimate the energy that clients will use over time, then add the results to establish total consumption;
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimatesof solar panel installation;
  • Prepare estimated used by management for purposes such as planning,organizing, and scheduling work;
  • Prepare budget plans and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project to help clients design a complete solar panels system that is specific to the clients’ geographical location;
  • Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops by estimating average cost of residential solar panels installation, average monthly payment on solar panels and average lifetime saving;
  • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures of solar panel installation;
  • Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction;
  • Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components in order to improves the efficiency of solar panels;
  • Confer with engineers, customers, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

Qualification Requirements:

Utilized knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access Database, Intuit QuickBooks, Google Analytics Construction Management Softwareand Microsoft Project.

Required experience/education:

At least 6 months of proven experience asAcquisition Cost Estimator, Cost Analyst, Cost Consultantand other related.
